About the Position
We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager (IAM/RACF) to support project activities, drive progress, and ensure delivery against timelines in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.
Responsibilities
- Support and act as a Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
- Drive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestones
- Facilitate daily project team standups, focused (virtual) workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings
- Maintain action and decision logs and project documentation
- Drive accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholders
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating where appropriate
- Maintain project progress trackers and prepare status reports, presentations for management
- Support project governance processes and reporting requirements
- Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities
Requirements
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes
- Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments
- Proven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practices
- Understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutions
- Experience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset and great communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
