What we are looking for:
We currently have an opening for a Senior Java Developer with Microservices who wants to develop their career at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, willing to start and grow in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze and develop solutions on existing code or from scratch, maintaining medium complexity software modules, using Java.
Participate in the design and evolution of solutions based on microservices architectures.
Perform code reviews and propose improvements to ensure quality and best practices.
Provide support to junior profiles, acting as a technical reference within the team.
Collaborate in the development of prototypes of modules and new functionalities.
Develop unit tests and ensure the quality of your own code.
Consolidate the use of testing and bug tracking tools and frameworks of the project.
Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Graduated in Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in Java development and in microservices architectures.
Experience in design and consumption of APIs is valuable.
English at an oral level.

Nice to Have

Team work and proactivity in the search for solutions and improvement proposals.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
