About the Position

King Group - a leading iGaming product company, developing international products for the Ukrainian and Tier-1 markets. With over 20 brands, 1000+ specialists, and millions of users worldwide, we are now seeking a Design Project Manager to help transform a large flow of design requests into a clear and manageable process.

In our design department, we have 50 designers and around 80 internal clients. Each week, the team works on hundreds of tasks, so it's crucial to not only manage tickets but also understand the context, priorities, team workload, and final results.

Responsibilities

Accept and clarify design tasks, ensuring there is enough information to start work.
Coordinate priorities and deadlines with clients and design leads.
Plan work and distribute tasks considering the real workload of designers.
Monitor task statuses in Jira and highlight risks in advance.
Coordinate communication between clients, designers, and leads.
Organize reviews, revisions, and final approval of results.
Analyze processes and implement changes that help the team work more efficiently.
Help the team focus on the outcome of tasks rather than just the number of closed tasks.

Requirements

Experience in Project / Delivery / Operations Management.
Experience coordinating multiple projects or a large flow of tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of the design process - from task assignment to final approval.
Ability to work with priorities and adapt quickly when they change.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to identify problems in processes and propose solutions independently.
Results-oriented approach and ability to advocate for team priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience working with design teams or creative departments.
Experience in process automation.
Experience in iGaming or other product companies.

We Offer

Large-scale tasks: a big design department and hundreds of tasks every week.
Real impact on processes: the opportunity to not just maintain the existing system but to change and make it more efficient.
Work alongside strong designers, leads, and product teams.
Opportunities for professional and career growth - vertically, horizontally, and across teams.
Stability of a company that has been developing its own products for over 13 years.
Official employment.
Health insurance and a corporate doctor.
Paid sick leave, vacation, and additional days off.
Compensation for external training and internal workshops.
Compensation for gym membership or sports section.
75% compensation for corporate meals.

If you are interested in working at the intersection of design, processes, and management, and you want to see how your solutions can really change the work of a large team - we look forward to getting to know you.
