About the Position
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen platform reliability through automation, advanced troubleshooting, and resilient cloud operations. You will act as an escalation point for complex incidents, run Root Cause Analysis, and deliver high-risk changes like cluster migrations and major upgrades-apply now.
Responsibilities
- Act as the escalation point and troubleshoot infrastructure, containers, and cloud services in depth to resolve complex or long-running incidents
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for major or recurring issues, record conclusions, and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Diagnose pipeline failures and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm
- Build and continuously improve the CI/CD toolchain
- Plan and deliver non-standard, high-risk, or architectural changes such as cluster migrations and major upgrades
- Assess system performance, tune configurations, and right-size resources for stability and cost optimization
- Create and refresh Standard Operating Procedures and Runbooks
- Deliver training sessions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of 2+ years in a DevOps or platform engineering role
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
- Practical skills in Bash scripting
- Strong expertise in AWS IAM, EKS, and ASG
- Solid knowledge of AWS ALB/NLB, Route53, and RDS
- Working familiarity with AWS S3 and EC2
- Clear understanding of Security TLS certificates
- English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Mendix and Mendix App Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Okta App Access
- Experience with Active Directory
