About the Position
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Systems Engineering to join our team. This role is full-time and can be based in Kyiv, Ukraine or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Linux servers, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational workflows.
- Manage containerized environments and cloud-native services.
- Maintain network configuration, security, and access controls.
- Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support PCI compliance, security best practices, and IT governance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience administering Linux production environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response.
- Understanding of cloud migration strategies and infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting PCI-compliant or security-sensitive environments.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or similar).
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
- Knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python).
- Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
