DevOps Engineer

About the Position

Our Client is an online graphic design editor launched by Deposit photos. The company has distributed teams worldwide with offices in Kyiv and Limassol. They’re a team of more than 100 people, and this number keeps on growing along with the product and its user base. They are creating a platform that helps to complete almost any design task in a few clicks.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the team in Kyiv or REMOTE!

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain infrastructure using AWS services such as EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, and ELB.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Ensure robust solutions based on Linux systems and Linux Administration (LA).
• Conduct periodic on-call duties.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong experience with AWS services.
• Strong experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
• Strong knowledge of solutions based on Linux systems and LA.
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of the TCP stack.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, k8s, and Docker.
• Understanding of the software development process.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Loki).
• Experience in firewalls and network security.
• Scripting skills on Bash, Python, Go.
• Knowledge of OSI.
