DevOps Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and automation to join our team in Lviv, Ukraine. Danylo is a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation. Proficient in AWS, he has spent five years managing multi-environment EKS clusters, ensuring reliability and compliance for various applications. His expertise extends to using Terraform for infrastructure as code, facilitating infrastructure updates and new deployments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing multi-environment AWS EKS clusters for a fintech platform, ensuring reliability and compliance across development, QA, UAT, and production environments;
• Building new infrastructure and updating existing environments using Terraform, following infrastructure-as-code best practices;
• Deploying and managing applications using ArgoCD and Helm, implementing GitOps workflows for consistent and auditable deployments;
• Configuring and maintaining AWS networking including VPCs, Transit Gateways, and Route53 for multi-account architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, and Amazon (AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Helm Charts, and Linux.
• Strong understanding of monitoring solutions such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Knowledge of databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Elasticsearch, Argo CD, Terragrunt, MySQL Administration, PostgreSQL Administration, VMware, and Azure.
