About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in cloud-native backend system architecture for SaaS products. Fluent in Python, Django, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Make product and system design and architecture decisions.
- Work with Product Managers to refine requirements specs into engineering/development tasks.
- Lead AI coding integration in engineering teams, to increase productivity.
- Ensure ~100% system uptime.
- Lead the integration between the POS and Booking products.
- Migrate legacy subscription management tool Billwerk to the new Chargebee for all customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud-native backend system architecture for SaaS products.
- Fluent in Python, Django, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge in REST API, Microservices, PostgreSQL, and Software Architecture.
- Experience with BDD, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, React.js, TypeScript, and Artificial intelligence (AI).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flask, MySQL, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Apache Kafka, JWT, Multithreaded Programming, Java EE, Internet of Things (IoT), Java Core, Amazon Lambda, Elixir, and Golang.
