Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Work within an agile team that supports the lifecycle of development, deployment, and testing of web and backend applications using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices Architecture, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Elastic, Kubernetes, Cloud Environments, and many more.
• Perform a full range of complex CI/CD tasks using a variety of related technologies (Git, Jenkins/Groovy, Nexus, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD).
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Stay up to date, learn, and gain experience in new technology stacks.

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Relevant working experience as DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar of at least 1 year.
• Experience with containers (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Experience with continuous integration/delivery tools (e.g. Jenkins).
• Familiarity in building and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Excellent command of the English language (written & oral).
