About the Position
Moorgate, a recruitment firm providing top-quality services to clients seeking high-class IT specialists or managers, is currently looking for a DevOps TeamLead for our client, an international IT company leading in banking solutions.

Responsibilities
- Managing the DevOps team
- Preparing software deliveries for the client, providing a testing environment, conducting automated test results, integrating changes, and performing performance tests
- Maintaining system architecture
- Monitoring, preventing, and responding to incidents
- Improving the CI process in terms of cost, quality, time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in team management and the ability to lead and motivate team members
- Interest in IT, particularly in software development processes, best practices, techniques, and technologies
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and CI concepts
- Proactive attitude towards implementing improvements within project work
- Familiarity with project/service management standards – PMI, ITIL (nice to have)
- Technical background: Java, Groovy, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Linux, Oracle, or similar
- Knowledge of quality management requirements and IT security standards
- Very good knowledge of English
