Responsibilities

Convergence of Practices: Ensure the convergence of practices, tools, and collaboration modes towards a more agile, automated, and sustainable operation.
Technical Transformation: Work on technical transformation and debt reduction.
Agile Methodologies: Implement and practice Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Experience: Solid experience in DevSecOps.
Tools: Proficiency with GitLab, Maven, Nexus, and SonarQube.
Languages: Ability to work in environments involving Java, C, Python, and Bash.
Skills: Strong understanding of build chains, integration, and artifact management.
Agile Practices: Practical experience with Agile practices.

Qualities

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze existing systems.
Pragmatic and Structured: Pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented.
Hybrid Contexts: Comfortable in hybrid contexts combining legacy systems, operational urgency, and fundamental transformation.
Communication: Ability to communicate with development, integration, quality, security, and management profiles.
Simplification: A taste for simplification, reliability, and industrialization.
