About the Project
We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Lead / Technical Lead who will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the corporate DevSecOps platform. The person in this role will play a key role in defining technical standards, implementing best security practices, and supporting the organization's transformation towards modern software delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Defining the architecture and standards for DevSecOps environments for corporate settings
- Managing the implementation of secure software delivery platforms
- Creating and enforcing governance policies, security controls, and quality gates
- Supporting and developing the adoption of GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD solutions in the organization
- Conducting security reviews and defining remediation strategies
- Integrating security scanning tools, secrets management, and compliance controls
- Mentoring engineering teams and DevSecOps specialists
- Collaborating with clients and key stakeholders to define the operational model and platform development roadmap
- Initiating actions related to scalability, reliability, and modernization of environments
- Identifying platform risks and implementing appropriate control mechanisms
- Leading discussions on audits, regulatory compliance, and security governance
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering
- Experience in designing enterprise-class DevSecOps architecture
- Knowledge of Platform Engineering
- Experience in transforming SDLC processes
- Very good knowledge of GitHub Enterprise
- Ability to present solutions and recommendations at the management level
- Experience in building standards, operational models, and governance frameworks
- Experience in regulated industries (energy, utilities, finance, or related) is a plus
