About the Position
We are looking for a Diagnostics Specialist in the Maintenance Department to join our team in Nysa, responsible for machinery and equipment diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostics of machines, equipment, and installations using specialized tools
- Maintaining diagnostic documentation for each element, machine, or equipment
- Analyzing the results of performed diagnostics
- Implementing new diagnostic methods ensuring reliability while minimizing the need to stop machines during preventive actions
- Supporting the definition of technical materials and spare parts needed for preventive work and optimizing the technical inventory
- Participating in projects implementing new technical solutions, assembly, and modernization of production lines, machines, equipment, and installations
- Working in compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, GMP, GHP, HACCP, food safety system documentation, and IWS standards
- Implementing and promoting the IWS program and all related tools and behaviors
Requirements
- Minimum vocational high school education in Mechanics, Electrical, or Diagnostics
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to read and create technical diagrams and documentation
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, gas systems, boilers, refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with technical analysis, diagnostics, HACCP, GMP
- Qualifications: SEP E group points 2,3,4,5,7,10; group points 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9; group III points 6, 7, 8; SEP D group II, III, forklift operation, cherry picker, crane
- English language proficiency at A2 level
- Proficiency in Office software and diagnostic support software
