Digital Marketing Manager

About the Position

Binariks is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager (Cold Email & LinkedIn Organic) to own our outbound cold email operations and LinkedIn thought-leadership presence, driving expert visibility and qualified lead generation across HealthTech, InsurTech, and FinTech domains.

Responsibilities

• Set up sending domains, mailboxes, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC records; manage inbox warm-up, sender reputation, blacklists, and spam rate.
• Validate, clean, and segment email databases; source and enrich accurate corporate contacts.
• Write and personalize email sequences, launch campaigns, run A/B tests, and process replies/auto-replies.
• Create posts, carousels, and infographics on relevant industry trends for multiple expert accounts without duplicating content.
• Track email metrics (reply rate, positive reply rate, bounce rate) and LinkedIn metrics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth), adjust content based on data, and deliver monthly reports.

Requirements

• Proven track record in cold email/outbound lead generation and/or LinkedIn organic content and thought leadership, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with cold outreach platforms (Instantly, Infraforge, or similar) and email validation/enrichment tools (ZeroBounce or similar).
• Experience with Canva and AI content tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to fact-check claims and edit out generic AI-sounding phrasing.
• Understanding of the IT market and outsourcing/service delivery models.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English Level (B2-C1).

• Email Validation & Deliverability: ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Google Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox.
• Data Enrichment & Prospecting: Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Clay.
• Design: Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• AI Content Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• CMS: Experience with custom CMS is a plus.
• Task Management: Trello, Jira.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel.
• CRM: HubSpot (basic knowledge).
