Digital Marketing Manager

About the Position

Ciklum is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in India. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. As a Digital Marketing Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the company's digital presence with a primary focus on driving qualified web leads. This role will own SEO, AEO, website performance, analytics, CMS, content syndication, and conversion optimization to grow qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified web lead generation as the primary KPI
• Drive SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and AEO strategies
• Manage CMS, website UX, landing pages, and CRO
• Own GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting
• Manage content publishing and content syndication
• Improve keyword rankings, AI search visibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Partner with content, campaign, design, and development teams
• Run A/B tests and optimize lead funnels
• Monitor attribution, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Recommend and implement continuous website improvements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in B2B technology/SaaS preferred
• Hands-on expertise with WordPress or similar CMS, GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
