About the Position

Murano Software is seeking a Digital Marketing/Content Coordinator to join our innovative InsureTech team, Appulate. As the fastest-growing company in the insurance technology space, we are dedicated to enhancing the quoting process for insurance companies, agencies, and brokers. Supported by a team of nearly 100 software engineers, Appulate is uniquely positioned to combine technology, distribution, and insurance products to meet the needs of the industry for years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the digital marketing strategy set by the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Join exploratory calls with customers to uncover product details and value propositions, then turn those insights into engaging content that drives action
  • Create white papers, brochures, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Develop clear, creative, and concise value-proposition-driven content
  • Support all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, and social media) to drive engagement, maintain brand consistency, and improve conversion rates
  • Manage campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Review, edit, and proofread all assigned projects for accuracy and quality

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or higher from a four-year college or university
  • 1+ years of working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, email, and social media
  • Experience supporting LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Ability to work aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT)
  • Familiarity with web, email, and social media analytics, including compiling and analyzing performance data
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and its role in the sales pipeline
  • Understanding of content development processes from strategy through production, including basic HTML/CSS/JS skills for websites, email, and social platforms
  • Process-driven approach that keeps projects on track, seeks necessary information/approvals/resources, and meets timelines and content requirements
  • Comfortable communicating with executives, sales representatives, vendors, and customers
  • Strong listener who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization and demonstrates a dynamic, thoughtful, customer-service-focused personality with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to self-manage and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams across functions
  • Willingness to learn marketing tools, technology, skills, and techniques
  • Other duties as assigned
