Digital Project Manager

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager for our client, an international financial company, based in Warszawa, Poland. The role involves managing IT projects in the software development area using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading IT projects in software development using agile methodologies;
• Participation in financial projects;
• Coordinating project teams working in different locations (digital team in the EMEA region);
• Managing project budget, schedule, risk, and scope;
• Ensuring clear project communication;

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Problem-solving skills (from problem assessment to solution selection);
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Capability to quickly adapt to new situations, changes in work direction, and priorities;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to travel for work (up to 20%);
• Very good knowledge of the English language;

• Experience working in Agile methodology;
