About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of civil service category “B” Director of the Department of Informatization.

Order of 28.08.2021 № 644 On the announcement of the competition for the position of public service category “B” of the Director of the Department of Informatization

Responsibilities

• Organizes the work of the Department of Informatization, directs its activities, and is responsible for the performance of the tasks and functions assigned to it.
• Allocates the duties of deputies, heads of structural units, determines the tasks of structural units, coordinates job descriptions of civil servants and employees of the Department.
• Defines the main measures in the activities of the Department in accordance with the tasks and functions provided for by the Regulation on the Department of Informatization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
• Carries out control over the organization and provision in the Department of secrecy regime in accordance with the law, observance of the procedure for maintaining, recording, storing, and using documents and other material media containing official information.
• Is responsible for organizing the protection of information resources included in the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Informs the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the state of informatization and use of electronic trust services in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, makes proposals for carrying out measures aimed at improving them.
• On behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs participates in the elaboration of materials on the approval by the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of candidates for appointments to the positions of heads, deputy heads of structural units for digital development, digital transformations, and digitalization of CEV apparatus, and participates in the elaboration of materials on the appointment of the Minister to the positions of heads structural units from the specified areas of work of the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine.
• Organizes the preparation of draft regulatory and other acts in the areas of activity of the Department.
• Considers the results of the Department's activities and takes measures to eliminate existing shortcomings.
• Organizes and controls the work with the appeals of individuals and legal entities in the areas of activity of the Department, carries out personal reception of citizens.
• Exercises other powers in accordance with the tasks provided for in the Regulation and other regulatory acts.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than a master's.
• Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years.
• Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in Ukrainian.

We Offer

• Official salary: 19,900 UAH
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
