About the Position

Distribution Associate - Various Shifts

ALMAC CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Distribution Associate to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract. The role involves handling distribution orders and shipping documentation from the Craigavon or Dundalk facilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all assigned duties in accordance with GMP and relevant SOPs.
• Ensure all Distribution activities are completed with approved documentation.
• Perform and maintain computer transactions in line with distribution and material control systems.
• Prepare associated shipping documentation for Project and Ancillary shipments.
• Generate shipment invoices and e-Cert documents for each shipment.
• Perform independent reviews of shipping documentation.
• Track and trace outbound shipments with couriers following despatch.
• Liaise with couriers regarding quotations, timelines, collections, and proof of delivery.
• Collate and file associated shipping documentation for each shipment.
• Carry out administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and archiving.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy office environment, especially in relation to archiving and filing.
• Experience of using computerized systems.
• Qualifications: GCSE in five subject areas at Grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent).

Salary

• £28,286 - £32,184 per day

We Offer

• Temporary, on-going contract
• Shift premiums: Day shift £15.86 p/h, Evening shift + 16.7% premium, Night shift +33.3% premium
• 34 days holiday per annum
• 37.5 hours per week
