Karriere Tutor is looking for a part-time, temporary Lecturer in Financial Accounting to join our team at our training sites in Augsburg, Braunschweig, Bremen, Munich, and Leipzig.

About the Role

As a Lecturer (w/m/d) for Financial Accounting, you will guide our participants on their path to learning success and impart practical, in-depth expertise in a modern online learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching the theoretical foundations of financial accounting to our participants through an online course
• Continuously updating and developing teaching materials and independently designing the didactic flow of your courses
• Creating practical exercises and sample solutions and supporting our participants in solidifying their knowledge in a sustainable manner
• Acting as a competent and empathetic contact person, guiding our participants from course start to successful completion and supporting them with technical and organizational questions related to their daily learning

Note: The position is initially limited to 12 months with the prospect of long-term cooperation.

Requirements

• Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Financial Economics, Accounting, or a related field, relevant training, or professional experience in financial accounting
  • High degree of initiative, empathy, and communication skills
  • Very good German language skills in speech and writing
  • Availability from Monday to Friday mornings

• Nice to Have

  • AEVO-Schein (AdA), Train the Trainer, or comparable vocational training qualification
  • Experience in the design and implementation of training or teaching events
  • Experience with DATEV and/or Lexware
  • First aid and/or fire protection training

This position is advertised at our training sites in Augsburg, Braunschweig, Bremen, Munich, and Leipzig. We look forward to your active support from Monday to Friday from 07:45 AM–01:30 PM at one of our locations.
