Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as a Driver Operations Associate. You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and responsible for generating more driver leads and reporting to the Driver Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement offline driver acquisition programs and initiatives.
• Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities using in-app driver referral programs, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on-ground manpower.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize our paid and organic channels through developing campaigns, events, and programs for generating supply.
• Explore more channels to increase Lalamove drivers' awareness with the objective of making people interested in joining Lalamove as a driver partner.
• Collaborate with other subdivisions like driver onboarding, offline presence, and driver management teams to achieve an oversupply state and gain higher transaction value.
• Lead and monitor day-to-day on-ground manpower, ensuring they achieve their daily targets.

Requirements

• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details.
• Critical thinker and never-ending improvement mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience from an operations background, preferably in a startup or logistics company.
• Experienced in sales activity is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to champion new processes from plan to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience and familiarity with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
