Responsibilities

• Kundenbetreuung & Beschwerdemanagement: Support our team in direct communication with customers, helping to process inquiries and concerns in a solution-oriented manner.
• Operations-Management: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain the highest level of service quality.
• Prozessoptimierung & Projektmanagement: Gain insights into product management, actively participate in improvement measures, and support the further development of our processes.
• Einblick in den Reiseveranstalter-Alltag: During your studies, you will get to know various areas of the company and have the opportunity to develop according to your strengths and interests.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your general or vocational high school diploma.
• You are enthusiastic about the online travel market and digital trends, and you closely follow developments in this area.
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn, goal-orientedness, and a reliable work ethic.
• Independent, service-oriented, and self-directed work comes naturally to you.
• You have proficient German and English language skills and can express yourself clearly and convincingly both verbally and in writing.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Team spirit and flexibility complete your profile.
