About the Position
We are seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist with extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a diverse background with a proven track record in customer service, technical assistance, and administrative roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch
- Handle after-sales support and resolve various customer issues
- Offer technical assistance, particularly for Microsoft products
- Engage in debt collection and case management
- Ensure effective problem resolution
Requirements
