About the Position
Dutch Solution Specialist, Malaga, Spain
Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers. Present cloud value propositions and differentiation that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives. Provide technical product overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios. Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud
- Present cloud value propositions and differentiation
- Provide technical product overviews and insights
- Increase technical acumen with innovative ideas
- Position competitive offerings and solutions
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations
- Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers
- Execute technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments
- Develop a Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud offerings
- Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team
- Conduct group and one-on-one trainings
- Meet and exceed team-level targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline
- Research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance
- Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management
- Minimum Fundamentals certification required, L200 certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
Language Skills
- English: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written)
- Dutch: Fluent or Native
