About the Position
We are seeking an EC Planning Manager（ECプランニングマネージャー） to lead the expansion of our specialized EC consulting organization, focusing on improving operations and processes using our EC Management Platform AnyX.
Responsibilities
- Improve the quality of Amazon consulting services
- Expand Amazon consulting organization
- Expand Rakuten Ichiba/Yahoo!Shopping consulting organization
Media Handled:
- Amazon / Rakuten Ichiba / Yahoo!Shopping / Qoo10, etc.
- Other research & analysis tools: ChatGPT / SellerSprite / Google Trend / Semrush / TalkW
Requirements
- 2+ years of Amazon operation experience
- Experience in optimizing operations by organizing/improving workflows/manuals
- Positive approach towards ambiguous situations and new challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects
Nice to Have
- Manager experience (challengers are welcome)
- Ability to catch up with new trends like ChatGPT and gain hands-on experience
- Ability to break down abstract tasks into actionable to-do lists
- Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheet
- Experience with Google/Yahoo listing ads, SNS display ads
- Experience in scaling operations from 1 to 100
