About the Position
EC Planning Manager（ECプランニングマネージャー）
We are seeking an EC Planning Manager to lead our EC Consulting organization's expansion, focusing on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Improve the quality of Amazon consulting services
- Manage tasks related to the expansion of the Amazon consulting organization
- Expand consulting organizations for Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, etc.
Media Handled:
- Amazon / Rakuten Ichiba / Yahoo! Shopping / Qoo10, etc.
- Other research & analysis tools: ChatGPT / SellerSprite / Google Trend / Semrush / TalkW
Requirements
必須要件
- At least 2 years of Amazon operation experience
- Experience in organizing/improving business processes/manuals for optimizing operations
- Positive attitude towards new challenges and ambiguous situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects

- Manager experience (challenge is possible even without experience)
- Ability to catch up with new trends like ChatGPT and gain hands-on experience
- Ability to increase the resolution of abstract topics and convert them into a to-do list
- Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheet
- Experience with Google/Yahoo listing ads, SNS display ads
- Desire to gain experience in expanding an operational organization from 1 to 100
