About the Position
We are currently seeking an ECM Team Manager for our client, an international company providing IT products and projects. The position is based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team and oversee Enterprise Content Management projects;
- Supervise the work of the Consultant department and Project Owners, and develop the department structure;
- Support Consultants and participate in sales meetings with key clients;
- Lead and manage key sales and implementation projects;
- Prepare project documentation and oversee the implementation of ECM projects;
- Coordinate actions and collaborate with the ECM implementation team during project execution;
- Develop the portfolio of products and services in the ECM area;
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience;
- Experience in sales and ECM;
- Higher education in IT;
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, SharePoint, and OCR;
- Very good knowledge of English for fluent communication;
- Communicative nature;
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel for work;
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Results-oriented mindset and independence in action;
