About the Position

We are a fast-growing eCommerce store based in Miami, FL, specializing in hair growth solutions. We promote our products through various acquisition channels, including Meta ads, Google ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Instagram, and others. Our platforms of choice are Shopify, Funnelish, and Checkoutchamp.

We are looking for a skilled eCommerce Website Page Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position will involve developing and optimizing A/B split tests for our eCommerce site, creating high-performing landing and sales pages, managing offers, and enhancing checkout and upsell processes. Your role will be essential in implementing strategies to boost ROI and elevate campaign performance. Proficiency in both Shopify and Checkoutchamp is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct A/B split tests to optimize website performance.
• Build and enhance landing pages, sales pages, offers, and checkout processes.
• Develop strategies to increase conversion rates (CR%), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Use Checkoutchamp to construct funnels and optimize for conversion rates.
• Optimize Shopify-based website pages to improve user experience and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure website strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Actively seek and implement solutions to improve site functionality and engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce development and CRO.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce website development.
• Strong expertise in Checkoutchamp for funnel building and CRO.
• Extensive experience with Shopify for page building and optimization.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Availability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Proven ability to work quickly and effectively, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing CR%, AOV, and LTV.
