About the Position

Атлон Авіа, НВП, a leading Ukrainian enterprise in the field of unmanned aviation, is seeking an Economist to join our team. This role involves production and financial planning, cost calculation, and price justification.

Responsibilities

Development of monthly and annual production and financial plans.
Creation of business plans and technical-economic justifications.
Calculation of product costs (direct, full, planned, actual).
Formation of cost calculations for each unit of product/item.
Determination of selling prices in accordance with the State Defense Order (DOZ) legislation.
Justification of prices to the customer (Ministry of Defense) and controlling authorities.
Preparation of cost estimates for departments and projects.
Budget execution control.
Conducting plan/fact analysis.
Identification of deviations and causes of overspending.
Development of measures to reduce production costs.
Analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise.
Assessment of production efficiency (profitability, productivity, turnover).
Analysis of the fulfillment of state defense contracts.
Preparation of analytical reports for management.

Requirements

Cost calculation of products (especially complex multi-component production).
Business planning and budgeting.
Analysis of production costs, labor and material standards.
Knowledge of the State Defense Order (DOZ) - legislation, procedures.
Pricing of products for state orders (fixed, indicative, regulated prices).
Understanding of the system for monitoring the execution of the DOZ.
