About the Position

Vodafone Україна, a world-class company leading in technology and telecommunications, is looking for a B2B Corporate Client Expert in Kyiv to manage and develop corporate client relationships, focusing on sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Attracting, developing, organizing, and coordinating services for large businesses.
• Needs Analysis: Analyzing client needs and developing interaction schemes to increase corporate client loyalty.
• Tender Participation: Participating in tenders, preparing commercial proposals for large businesses, organizing and conducting events to increase sales, and concluding contracts.
• Meetings and Negotiations: Conducting meetings and negotiations, as well as presenting new offers and services to potential and existing corporate clients at the executive level.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education.
• Experience: Experience in sales services.
• Skills: Negotiation and presentation skills at the executive level, knowledge of after-sales service rules and procedures, well-developed communication skills, customer focus, and initiative.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
• Language: Fluency in English at least at the Intermediate level.
