Your Future Functionalities

• Conducting telephone consultations for clients regarding car loan terms;
• Performing financial calculations and forming a payment schedule;
• Lead management (creating and maintaining leads in the CRM system);
• Working with documents: collecting, verifying the completeness and correctness of data;
• Working with credit applications: filling out and verifying the correctness of personal data, accompanying them until final approval;
• Interaction with other departments of the Bank.

Our Candidate Should Have

• Experience with systems and data (experience with CRM systems, confident proficiency in Excel);
• Fluent, clear, and articulate speech;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Teamwork, initiative, and result-oriented approach;
• High level of self-organization.
