About the Position
We are seeking a Swedish or Norwegian Account Manager/ Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing partner forecasting and pipeline, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools
- Be responsible for partner pipeline management
- Detect new opportunities and drive successful and profitable closure of deals
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and understanding their market and competition
- Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration
- Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners (e.g., pre-sales, marketing, specialists, etc.)
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless partner support
Requirements
- Proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Management
