Swedish or Norwegian Account Manager/ Customer Lifecycle Manager – Malaga, Spain

About the Position

As an Account Manager in our team based in Malaga, Spain, you will play a crucial role in managing partner performance and driving profitable deal closures. Your responsibilities will include tracking tools for partner forecasting, managing partner pipelines, detecting new opportunities, and ensuring successful and profitable deal closures. You will be responsible for a portfolio of partners, understanding their market and competition, and communicating events, webinars, and webcast information to them.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner forecasting and performance using tracking tools
• Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable deal closures
• Manage a portfolio of partners and understand their market and competition
• Communicate events, webinars, and webcast information and ease registration
• Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partners (e.g., pre-sales, marketing, specialists, etc.)
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless partner support

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to manage and communicate with a diverse portfolio of partners
