Job description

About the Position

We’re hiring an EMEA GTM expert (IC) based in London to own Bright Data’s regional pipeline end-to-end.

In this high-impact, hands-on role, you’ll build and execute country-level GTM plans by segment and channel, run localized campaigns (paid, partners, affiliates, events, and experiments), and work closely with Sales/SDRs and Global Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion through every stage of the funnel.

You’ll be expected to diagnose what’s working (and what isn’t) by market, channel, and offer, iterate fast, and bring sharp market insight back to the business.

The ideal candidate will have B2D/devtools GTM experience, strong regional networks, and a hands-on execution mindset - with AI fluency as a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own EMEA pipeline targets across AI and non-AI offers - building and executing country-level plans by segment and channel
  • Drive GTM plays by market, based on buying behavior, local channels, and competitive dynamics; diagnose why we win or lose
  • Own full-funnel efficiency (MQL → SQL → pipeline) - identify leaks and fix them fast across messaging, targeting, routing, and channel mix
  • Grow regional pipeline through paid, events, partnerships, affiliates, field marketing, and localized testing
  • Build and execute 30/60/90 plans for underperforming markets
  • Partner with SDRs, Sales, and Global Marketing to drive conversion
  • Manage agencies and freelancers to clear, measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 4–5 years in a similar GTM or growth marketing role at a B2D or DevTool company (selling to developers)
  • Deep familiarity with EMEA markets - local buying behavior, channels, and competitive nuances
  • Strong market research skills with the ability to turn insights into GTM action
  • AI-native - you default to AI tools to move faster and produce better work
  • Fluent English - spoken and written; additional languages a plus
  • Self-starter with high ownership, creative thinking, and strong execution skills

We Offer

  • Hybrid role located in London (UK)
