We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python & Gen AI Senior Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python scripting effectively and efficiently.
• Optimize existing source code in terms of memory and speed.
• Mentor and groom a team of Python developers.
• Contribute to Python-based tool development and maintenance activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Handle tasks and manage customers & stakeholders independently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Effectively communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

• (M) Extensive programming experience & strong understanding in Python.
• (M) Experience in Advanced features of Python.
• (M) Good knowledge in Gen AI concepts.
• (M) Sound in Designing and Implementation of Scalable features, Knowledge of Patterns and Industry best practices.
• (M) Experience with version control tools such as GIT & Bitbucket.
• (M) Experience with Scrum in an Agile Development environment.
• (M) Knowledge in design patterns. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Process-oriented and growth mindset.

Preferred Technology

• 6-8 years of relevant programming experience in Python.
• Good experience in data structures, Algorithms & STL.
• Good experience in Multithreading / concurrent programming.
• Good experience in Software development from design to release.
• 2-5 years of extensive programming experience & strong understanding in Gen AI concepts.
• Experience in MATLAB is also an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
