About the Position

We are looking for an End-User Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical assistance and dependable support for our staff in Krakow, Poland.

You will troubleshoot user issues, manage Windows endpoint administration, and support devices via Microsoft Intune. This role requires regular attendance at the Krakow office each day.

Responsibilities

  • Support end users with technical assistance onsite and remotely
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners
  • Liaise with service providers and network engineers to drive issue resolution
  • Maintain meeting room technology and ensure equipment is working properly
  • Track and meet service level agreements and ticket response times
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications across endpoints
  • Handle incident tickets efficiently from intake through resolution
  • Supervise server room operations and coordinate maintenance activities
  • Manage and organize IT equipment cabling
  • Comply with all IT work instructions and operational procedures
  • Keep hardware inventory records accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a related end-user or technical support role
  • Deep understanding of network fundamentals and structured troubleshooting approaches
  • Hands-on experience administering Windows endpoints in an enterprise setting
  • Solid knowledge of IT service operations and best-practice processes
  • Practical familiarity with Microsoft Intune for managing and supporting devices
  • Strong communication skills paired with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Genuine willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort following directions and priorities set by direct supervisors
  • English proficiency at B1+ (intermediate) or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Exposure to supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with remote access tools for troubleshooting and support
