About ENGAWA
Position Overview
We are looking for a leader to establish and strengthen the Development Representative (BDR) organization.
Responsibilities
1. BDR Strategy Development and Target Selection (Core of Systematization)
- Identification and segmentation of target accounts (ABM)
- Establishment of outbound-specific nurturing and approach methods
- Language and scripting of "engaging" propositions for each solution (cross-border e-commerce, overseas marketing, etc.)
- Visualization and establishment of PDCA cycles for outbound activities using tools like HubSpot
2. Team Management and Organizational Development
- Management and motivation of BDR members (2-5 people)
- Cultivation of a culture that abstracts insights from the "ways of being rejected" unique to outbound and converts them into knowledge
- Creation and update of playbooks (sales manuals) to maximize results
- Development of member recruitment and training plans
3. Cross-Organizational Collaboration (Business Development Movement)
- Coordination with the Marketing Department (review and feedback of target lists)
- Coordination with Field Sales (provision of high-quality commercial talks and establishment of feedback loops)
- Coordination with AnyMind's overseas bases (15 countries in Asia) for global project preparation
4. Efficiency through Technology
- Personalization and efficiency of approaches through the introduction of AI tools and sales automation tools
- Identification and horizontal deployment of "winning patterns" based on data
5. Implementation of Customer Acquisition Actions (Playing Manager Duties)
- Implementation of email marketing and outbound calls
- Participation and speaking at external events, and conducting talks with key lead clients
