About the Position

ENGAWA, a part of AnyMind Group, is looking for a professional to support Japanese businesses in cross-border marketing and international expansion with strategic planning and execution. You will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies for Japanese products, services, people, and events targeting overseas markets.
Responsibilities

クライアントリレーション
- クライアントへの戦略的提案（新規・既存）
- 海外拠点との連携によるシームレスなプロジェクト推進とアカウントマネジメント

- 新規マーケティングソリューションの開発
- グローバルトレンドの発掘・展開
- デジタル×リアルの統合施策企画
Requirements
必須要件
- 法人営業・企画提案経験（2年以上）
- 論理的思考力と課題解決能力
- 日本語ビジネス文書作成能力
歓迎要件
- 広告代理店での就業経験
- デジタルマーケティングの知見
- 英語や中国語・韓国語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
- 海外ビジネス経験
- リーダー・マネジメント経験
