Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Create, update, and delete purchase orders with overseas vendors.
• Stock Level Monitoring: Monitor stock levels in the warehouse.
• Proactive Reporting: Report components availability for the plant and ensure timely escalation.
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Evaluate supplier’s performance based on organizational criteria.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Weekly Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers for delivery evaluation and performance.
• Inbound Schedule Monitoring: Monitor inbound schedules for stock availability.
• Inventory Management: Ensure optimum levels of inventory in the plant.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate team responsibilities and targets.

Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience
• Skills:
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work with smart techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • SAP knowledge (MM Module)
  • Power BI (Preferred)
