About the Position
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join Miro's Engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a team of engineers, focusing on OKRs and cross-team collaboration. You will be responsible for building and leading a team, including people management, hiring, and process development. Additionally, you will be a hands-on role model who is technically strong to help their team develop and will develop a plan to achieve OKRs on time and with excellent outcomes.
