We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (.NET) to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in creating modern e-commerce solutions.

You will be directly responsible for the frontend, backend, QA, and CI/CD tools, overseeing systems that support over 2000 clients conducting transactions worth billions of PLN annually, integrations with e-commerce giants, and tools for managing all this infrastructure.

You will find the perfect balance between stability and modernity here – while maintaining mature systems, we implement new projects in the greenfield model. Responsibilities

Managing a multidisciplinary development team (Backend / Frontend / Testing / DevOps) in the e-commerce sector
Organizing team work, setting goals, motivating, and evaluating the results of team members
Ensuring high quality standards of the created software and efficient deployment processes (CI/CD)
Close collaboration with business and technology leaders to influence product development and achieve business goals

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a programmer, including at least 2 years of experience in leading a technology team
Very good knowledge of C# /.NET (including experience with older versions, e.g.,.NET Framework)
Practical knowledge of web application programming and SQL
Knowledge of configuring and maintaining CI/CD tools
Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) or experience as a Fullstack Developer (the team will have members responsible for the frontend)
English language skills enabling fluent communication and work with technical documentation

Nice to Have

Experience with advanced AI tools and Google Workspace
Opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the implementation period (2 days remote, 3 days in the office)
