About the Position
East Europe Foundation is announcing a competition for the part-time position of English Content Writer to support communication projects and activities within the EGAP Program.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Communications Coordinator or/and Communications Manager, the English Content Writer will:
- Prepare articles, press announcements/press releases, and journalistic materials of various formats covering the key activities and results of the EGAP Program.
- Pitch EEF/EGAP Program topics to international media, support them in creating materials.
- Help to prepare the key messages of EEF and Embassy of Switzerland representatives’ speeches for international events.
- Collect success stories, interview citizens, and publish English content on the website.
- Collaborate with a graphic designer.
- Edit and proofread other EGAP materials.
- Perform other tasks from the Communication Manager/Communication Coordinator.
Requirements
- Advanced spoken and written Ukrainian and English.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Flawless literacy and attention to details.
- Ability to research, analyze, and structure information.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in IT, civil, or public sector communications would be an advantage.
