English Teacher for Software Developers (In-House)

About the Position

We're looking for a proactive in-house English Teacher who will help our software developers communicate confidently in English at work, with clients, and at conferences. This isn't about teaching from a textbook-you'll have the freedom to build and adapt the learning program based on the real needs of our engineering teams and the IT environment.

If you're a senior Philology student or have some teaching experience, are full of ideas, enjoy experimenting with new learning formats, and want to grow in corporate education, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct English language assessments to evaluate employees' proficiency levels.
• Provide recommendations based on assessment results and create personalized learning paths.
• Deliver group English classes tailored to different proficiency levels and team needs.
• Conduct one-on-one lessons when required.
• Organize workshops, speaking clubs, and other English-language learning activities.
• Manage the company's English chat by sharing engaging topics and content to encourage continuous practice outside the classroom.
• Prepare interactive, up-to-date learning materials and lesson content.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both spoken and written.
• Teaching experience is not required. We welcome senior Philology students and candidates with limited teaching experience.
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and willingness to introduce new learning formats.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive educational materials.
• Interest in learning about the IT industry and adapting English training to a technical environment.
• TESOL, CELTA, or a degree in Education/Teaching will be considered an advantage.

We Offer

• A full-time in-house position with a flexible schedule: approximately 20 hours of teaching and 20 hours of lesson preparation per week. The number of groups and timetable will be agreed upon during the collaboration.
• Remote work, with the option to visit our Kyiv office.
