About the Role

Your Role as Enterprise Architect at Quality

How do you ensure digital services optimally support our clients' business ambitions?

As an Enterprise Architect at Quality, you are the strategic and driving force behind the robust and future-proof digital services of our clients. You help clients develop a solid vision on digitalization and create a strategy for it. This ensures that technology and information provision maximally support their business objectives. With your talent for stakeholder management, you are able to generate the necessary support for the developed digitalization vision, strategy, and architecture roadmap. Based on your strong analytical ability and broad conceptual knowledge of application, data, security, and technical architectures, you are able to govern the realization of this digitalization vision.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Tasks

In your role, you directly contribute to the success of our clients. Your tasks include:

Drafting IT vision and strategy documentation based on stakeholder management and requirements analysis.
Leading and governing complex strategic IT transformation and innovation projects.
Acting as a (trusted) advisor to various boards at (C-level) management level on strategic issues related to digital services.
Setting up and improving the IT architecture function.
Ensuring the currency and quality of the Enterprise Architecture.

Requirements

What You Bring

You are a driven Architect with a keen eye for stability, security, and performance. You have:

At least 3 years of experience in the role of enterprise architect or lead architect in large complex organizations and a total of at least 5 to 10 years of experience in an architect role (e.g., domain architect, solution architect, data architect, etc.).
A higher education working and thinking level, demonstrable through successfully completed studies (e.g., Technical Business Administration, Technical Public Administration, Business Process Management, or Information Science) and/or work experience.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and EA standards (preferably certified) such as TOGAF, DYA, Zachman, SABSA, and IT4IT.
Knowledge of modeling standards such as Archimate (preferably certified) or BPMN.
Preferably experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect).
Knowledge (i.e., at least at a conceptual level) of important and current developments and trends in the areas of application, data, security, and technical architecture (e.g., microservices, ML, Zero-Trust, and cloud technology).
Knowledge of and experience with information security in relation to architecture.
Familiarity with waterfall and Agile working methodologies (e.g., SAFe).

A fixed contract for at least 36 hours per week.
