Equipment Support Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for an accurate and flexible person with a high sense of responsibility to support Evolution Cebu in the Technical Operations department. The role will focus on matters related to the equipment environment with the main objective being the maintenance of preventive equipment and its practice in performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, change, and regulate iGaming equipment
• Perform equipment tests
• Ensure preventive equipment maintenance
• Monitor equipment performance, make assessments, and make decisions about needed actions
• Ensure equipment availability 24/7
• Report equipment-related issues
• Roulette wheels cleaning/maintenance
• Shuffle machines cleaning/maintenance/exchange
• Deck checker cleaning/maintenance
• Tables’ inspection
• Cards/equipment transportation from storage and back
• Organize equipment utilization
• Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage
• Monitor and track equipment in stock
• Cooperate with other departments

Requirements

• Work experience preferable up to 6 months of iGaming equipment maintenance
• Secondary education, higher education is preferable
• Professional Working Proficiency in English, written and verbal
• Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
