About the Position

ERP Consultant – Accounting Processes (Comarch Optima) (m/f)

Locations: Poznań / Warszawa / Szczecin / Katowice

Responsibilities

Configuration and ongoing support for users of the Comarch ERP Optima system;
Participation in implementation and integration projects (end-to-end);
Analysis of accounting processes and identification of areas for optimization;
Proposing and implementing improvements and automation of selected processes;
Involvement in data migrations between financial and accounting systems;
Collaboration in creating reports and analytical tools;
Testing new system solutions and functionalities;
Preparing documentation and developing a knowledge base and best practices.

Requirements

Higher education, preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics, computer science, or related;
Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Comarch ERP Optima system in configuration, implementation, user support, or optimization of business processes;
Practical knowledge of accounting and financial processes and their reflection in ERP systems;
Interest in developing ERP systems, automation, and IT solutions;
Ability to think analytically and translate business requirements into system functionalities;
Proficiency in English at a level enabling fluent communication with clients – minimum level B2.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, or SQL;
Experience in project work or system implementations.
