Responsibilities

Conducting requirement analyses in collaboration with our clients' key users, creating and documenting concepts
Implementing approved concepts while considering the upstream and downstream processes in the overall system
Recording and documenting requirements that cannot be covered by configurations or existing solution packages
Supporting the evaluation and implementation of changes within the Change Request procedure
Accompanying the integration test and supporting clients during the transition phase after production deployment
Close collaboration with project managers and the project team to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Professional experience in consulting manufacturing companies and/or professional experience in work preparation or production control
Practical experience with ERP, MES, CAQ, or CAM software
Strong IT affinity and enjoyment of customer contact
Strong communication skills, structured and analytical working method
High reliability, personal responsibility, and team orientation
Willingness to travel for client appointments and remote assignments
Good English skills are desirable

Our Application Process

1 | Your Application

Have you thoroughly informed yourself about our company and job offers and are interested in becoming part of our team? Great, the first step is to submit your comprehensive application documents as an unsolicited application or in reference to a specific job offer. Please use the respective online form of the job advertisement. We will confirm the receipt of your application by email.

It is important to us that we can already get a good impression of you, your previous career, and your professional skills and competencies based on the documents. Therefore, in addition to a cover letter, a complete CV, and any available (work) certificates and certificates are part of an application for us. We also need your information on the earliest possible starting date, your preferred location, and your salary expectations.

2 | The First Introductory Meeting

After successfully reviewing your documents by the respective department, we are pleased to invite you to an initial introductory meeting. This is usually conducted as an online appointment via Microsoft Teams and lasts about 60 to 90 minutes. In addition to the professional exchange, we want to get to know you personally. It is important for us to find out if you fit with us as a person. For us, open and honest communication from the beginning is important. We do not conduct psychological tests or ask trick questions – that is not our style. The goal is for both parties to develop a gut feeling in the conversation, which is decisive for the decision on a possible cooperation.

3 | Continuing the Getting to Know Process and Final Decision

If the aforementioned gut feeling is positive on both sides after the first meeting and the professional assessment by the department is also positive, we are interested in further getting to know you. For this, we invite you to a personal appointment at our company. Here you will have the opportunity to get to know both your future colleagues and our office spaces. One of our managing directors will also participate in the final second interview.

After this conversation, we will internally exchange all information and impressions and get back to you with a final decision as soon as possible.

4 | Employment Contract and Onboarding

As soon as the final decision for your employment at N+P has been made, we will send you an employment contract offer. We will arrange a joint telephone appointment to explain all aspects of the contract to you and answer any questions you may have.

Once we have received your signed employment contract, the cooperation for us is plannable and we will promptly start the onboarding process – ordering technical work equipment, creating induction plans, defining induction mentors, planning the first days in the company, etc. You can look forward to what awaits you in the first six months as a new employee at N+P...
