ERP Manager

About the Position

As an ERP Manager, you will oversee a team of technical workers who develop, operate, and support ERP programs. Your role involves leading team meetings, assigning action items, and ensuring the ERP systems are functioning properly to help the business run smoothly. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and troubleshooting for all team projects and other employees using the ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of technical workers developing, operating, and supporting ERP programs
• Lead team meetings and assign action items
• Ensure ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly
• Act as a subject matter expert, answering questions and providing guidance
• Troubleshoot issues for employees using the ERP systems

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in computer science
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience with SmartClient, HTML, CSS & jQuery, UI/UX
• Very good working knowledge of Java SE/EE
• Database design and deployment – SQL Server (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Working knowledge of design patterns
• Experience with reporting tools such as Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports
• Experience with version control systems (Subversion, Git, Mercurial)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and testing techniques is considered an advantage
• Experience with app development for Android and iOS (Swift) is an advantage
• Good communication skills in verbal/written English
• Ability to work in a stress environment
