About the Position

We are currently seeking an ETL Developer for our client, an international company in the Fintech sector, located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

Designing databases and ETL processes;
Tuning, optimizing, and maintaining database systems;
Modifying databases and data flow systems according to specifications and testing solutions;
Collaborating with other developers and users to gather and implement business requirements;
Supporting end-users in data management;
Creating user manuals;

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in developing ETL processes and databases/data warehouses;
Very good knowledge of data management (consent, data recovery, security, and monitoring);
Very good knowledge of Oracle databases and practical experience with ELT tools (experience with ODI or another tool preferred);
Knowledge of Big Data and a willingness to develop in this area (e.g., Kafka, Hive, Impala, MongoDB, Spark) is welcome;
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills;
Ability to understand user requirements for the front-end part of the application and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication skills;
Very good knowledge of the English language;
