Responsibilities

Call all participants registered for upcoming business events.
Explain the event agenda, schedule, venue, and key highlights.
Handle basic queries and encourage registered participants to attend the event.
Follow up with participants and confirm their attendance.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and confirmations.
Coordinate with the internal event team on attendee updates.
Track registered participants vs. actual attendees for each event.
Achieve event-wise attendee conversion targets and earn performance-based incentives on successful conversions.

Fluent in English; Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
Experience in event calling, lead follow-up, customer engagement, or inside sales.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
Previous experience in an incentive-based role.
Comfortable with regular outbound calling and target-driven work.

Performance-based incentives directly linked to successful event attendee conversions.
Ownership of the complete participant journey - from registration and first interaction to confirmed attendance.
