Responsibilities

As an Executive Team Leader GM & Food Sales, your typical day will include:

• Driving total store sales and understanding your role in sales growth.
• Managing Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store.
• Managing a team of experts in operations, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Leading pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to ensure efficient delivery to guests.
• Developing strategies and utilizing workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload.
• Conducting regular check-ins with your team to ensure task and workload completion.
• Managing all GM backroom and sales floor areas, reviewing reports to identify gaps and developing plans to resolve.
• Overseeing GM Team Leaders' workload planning, including transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all GM areas.
• Driving fulfillment sales by leading the Fulfillment team to fulfill each order accurately and efficiently.
• Creating a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
• Knowing and assessing the competition; leveraging guest insights and feedback to drive the business.
• Managing a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, food safe, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Planning, leading, and following up on organizational and operational changes.
• Anticipating and identifying changes in unique store trends.
• Developing and coaching your team to elevate their skills and expertise.
• Establishing a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Providing a service and shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Addressing store needs, including emergency and regulatory visits.
• Performing all other duties based on business needs.

Requirements

• Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.
  • Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
